Located on a narrow site in Spotswood, Victoria, we designed this project to maximise the spaciousness of the apartments. The north-facing facade provides great access to the sun and breezes; which is controlled via feature screens along the whole facade. These also help create interest on the facade. The apartments have generous balconies to take advantage of the views over the suburb.
